The ‘ Inner Knower Process’ was created by myself over 15 years ago. It is the solution to many of your life’s questions, problems, concerns, and difficulties. Sample – using “Inner Knower” with a relationship question
Take a moment to find a quiet place to sit where you will not be disturbed, and make yourself comfortable. You can choose to play some soothing music in order to relax yourself and bring your awareness and energy present to the present moment.
Begin by closing your eyes, and focus on your breathing in your belly, below the navel. Place your hand there so that you can feel the breath expanding in your belly when you inhale, and in exhaling, your belly contracts towards your spine, breath in and out – taking a few more breaths, breathing in and out, relaxing and letting go. Feeling yourself moving into a deeper relaxation, you are becoming calm and the mind is becoming quiet.
Become aware of any tensions in your body, starting with your head…, your jaw…, your shoulders…, your diaphragm…. Breathing into these areas and letting go of any tensions. Breathing in and out, see and feel the tension releasing out your finger tips and toes.
Again move your awareness to your lower belly area below the navel, breathing in and out, centering yourself in your belly. Moving your focus from your thinking process, your head to the belly, that place of inner knowing, gut feeling area.
Now begin by choosing an issue or question you would like to work on in your life. You will then choose a phrase (listed below) that best fits what you are inquiring about. The key is, you want to give yourself a phrase that reaches to your inner knower directly, not a question that you would ask your logical or analytical part of your mind, using words such as, why, what, how creates a question to your analytical mind and takes you away from what you already know to be true, from a higher place within yourself.
As your repeat the phrase and insert your question, at the end, wait… and let the answer flow from a higher part of you, not thinking from your analytical mind, but from a new place of hearing, knowing, seeing or feeling, let it simply be revealed to you.
There are three parts to each master key word phrase, 1) the setup phrase, 2) inserting your question, 3) using a follow-up phrase and then waiting for the answer.
(Setup phrase) “If I could know if it is for my highest good and soul’s path to…”
(Insert question here) “….”
(follow-up phrase) “the answer is…” or say “it is…”
Then let the answer flow from your inner knower (you may see it, feel it, know it or hear it)
Begin by saying an intro phrase such as “If I could know if it is for my highest good and soul’s path to date this man…………”. Fill in the rest of the sentence,
Then say “the answer is…………….” (wait for the answer) “yes or no”. You may hear, see or feel in the body, the answer, this may be a feeling of more energy and an expansive feeling for YES or a tight contracted feeling for NO.
Then once you receive your answer yes or no, in order either clarify it or to make it stronger, say the phrase “is it true it is a yes or no”. Once you hear it the second time it should become stronger in your whole body. You may hear an answer the words yes/no, or feel it as a feeling of truth, what I call an is-ness, knowingness and or a calmness, sense of peace, or relaxation in the body. And you can say “it is yes because…. ” or “it is no because…” and what do you hear.
Once you get your answer the question is no more, there is only the answer. If you do not get an answer or hear the words “I don’t know”, it just means you need to re focus in your navel area and ask again the phrase, “If I could know……(giving the phrase you want clarity on) and then saying the answer is…..” letting the answer come to you. There is always an answer and it will be clear, if you are not getting one it is because you are still in your analytical mind, not phrasing the question just right, or a part of you does not, or is not ready to hear the answer, due to a fear of hearing an answer you do not want to hear, as you want an expected outcome. That is ok, just acknowledge this is what is going on, and then be willing to look deeper into that feeling or belief as well.
Doing this process will allow you to see what is really in your heart, and how you would like your life to be with a partner.
Using the inner knower process, developing your intuition can work in any area of your life, from clearing and releasing old wounds, pain, patterns and beliefs or knowing your next steps in life. The inner knower process is a fast track way of transforming your life.
